You Gave Women in Need a Refuge From the Streets!

The opening of our Women’s Overnight Shelter in 2016 was a big accomplishment for UGM-TC, as it was the first time we could offer any type of emergency overnight housing for women in Tarrant County.

For most of us, Christmas is a special time of year filled with love and joy. However, for those facing homelessness, the holidays aren’t always bright and cheerful. Which is why at UGM-TC this year we worked diligently to give our residents the Christmas experience they deserved.
