Amy Grant with Volunteer Event CoordinatorsFebruary’s Heart for the Homeless Luncheon featuring Amy Grant was one of our best events yet! Because of your generosity, $138,000 will go directly toward helping neighbors in need at UGM-TC.
In case you missed it, guests enjoyed a meal catered by Fort Worth’s own Reata restaurant. Shortly afterward, Grammy Award-winning singer, songwriter Amy Grant spoke to the 960-member audience about her life, faith and personal stories of growth. The singer wowed the room when she sang and played the guitar to one of her newest songs – a surprise to all!
To top it all off, Fort Worth Mayor Betsy Price and City Manager David Cooke were among the special guests in attendance.
Once again, thank you to our wonderful volunteers, sponsors and staff for making this unforgettable experience possible.
