Thanksgiving 2018

Posted: November 26, 2018

It’s hard to believe another Thanksgiving has come and gone. We hope everyone had a memorable day spent with loved ones, good food and maybe even some football. This Thanksgiving was a memorable day for our UGM-TC residents too. There was plenty of delicious turkey, stuffing, mashed potatoes, gravy and pie to go around. Best of all, it was served with plenty of love. For many of our residents, this Thanksgiving bridged the gap between their old lives of poverty and despair and their new lives of stability and hope.

This holiday is so important to us at UGM-TC that we actually celebrated for two days and held a luncheon for our former residents. It is always wonderful to connect with them and see if there’s any additional assistance we can provide.

Thank you for your generosity, support and prayers this Thanksgiving.
