Young Professionals Group

Union Gospel Mission of Tarrant County’s Young Professionals Group offers great opportunities to meet and serve with local young professionals dedicated to our mission of providing love, hope, respect, and a new beginning to the homeless. Membership includes:
 

  • Contributing to the Mission’s special events
  • Serving once a month at the Mission
  • Orientation & Shelter Tour
  • Newsletter Subscription
  • Invitations to Young Professionals Event

 

Upcoming Events

 

Annual Warehouse Sale

Each year there are a variety of items that we need to remove from our warehouse in order to make room for more donations.  In addition to creating more space in our warehouse, the sale’s proceeds benefit the Union Gospel Mission of Tarrant County.  Young Professional are encouraged to help.  Details are below: 

   -  Where: Will Rogers Memorial Center-Poultry Barn

                    3409 Burnett Tandy Drive

                    Fort Worth, TX 76107

   -  What: Help un-pack, organize and merchandise boxes of “treasures” for the sale (no pricing or heavy lifting)

   -  When: Wednesday, February 22nd at 6:30pm

 

Important Notes:

  • Dress casually
  • Bring food & drinks if you want
  • Park in the Harley Ave. lot across the street from the Poultry Barn for $3
  • Volunteers will be allowed to shop before the public on Wednesday, February 22
