Your donations of clothing, furniture, and household items are used to help graduating residents dress for success and set up comfortable, new homes. When a resident leaves Union Gospel Mission of Tarrant County, a truck full of necessary furniture and household items – including a basic pantry from our kitchen – accompanies them to their new home. A new beginning and a fresh start! We also collaborate with other local agencies to provide clothing and necessary household resources to their clients as well.
We also hold an annual sale to provide an opportunity for those in need to acquire much needed household items at a very low cost and make room in our warehouse for the next season of donations.
